Problem trying to get a ticket for Norwich game

Hi
I became a season ticket holder for the first time this season. This morning I tried to purchase a ticket for the Norwich away game as they were going on sale to season ticket holders this morning so the site said.
As I was otherwise engaged, a friend of mine tried on my behalf on line at 9 to find they were all sold out.
When he phoned he was told they were all sold yesterday to Season Ticket holders who sent their forms in.
What forms are these...I was not aware of any forms.
